Junior Business Technology Support Analyst
Current- Daily, ensure applications are functioning as expected: connected to exchanges, ordersare working correctly, and accurate market data is being received.
- Participate in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing for upgrades and newreleases.
- Conduct investigations with routing and executing venues during outages affectingelectronic trading.
- Quickly identify hardware, operating system and networking issues and escalate to theappropriate development group for resolution.
- Investigate and triage tickets through Service Desk and Google Forms.
