• Provide round the clock technical assurance to 4 Terminals in Pakistan that includes all Capex/Opex projects, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance of assets and lead all the terminal automation projects in PK enabling.
• Provide Maintenance Support to Operations team for the Asset management system which mainly includes Tanks, Pipelines, Pumps, Relief Valves, Fire Fighting System, Control valves, Tank Gauging system etc
• Manage and oversee the implementation of risk-based preventive and corrective maintenance of 4 terminals in the North.
• Develop Performance reports and feedback on maintenance performance and compliance monitoring of work processes including Maintenance backlog reports, analysis, and issuance of recommendations to the execution teams.
• Develop and provide technical clarification on contractor scopes of work, evaluate bids, and provide recommendations reports.
• Review the Scope of Work (SOW) from CMMS and create Purchase Order through SAP.

• Terminal Receipt and Dispatch operations which include underground pipeline operations, Tank lorry receipt and dispatch operations to pipeline and Tank Lorries for 5 different grade products.
• Maintain all the Assets for operability including the 7.2 KM multigrade pipelines,19 Tanks Pumps, Gantry, loading arms, Leak detection, MOVs, tanks, IHHLA, ATGs.
• Value saving initiatives that totals to 200K USD in 2018
• Lead permit issuer for maintenance related activities
• Maintaining asset integrity of Leak detection system of a 7km underground pipeline.
• Stock reconciliation for the whole terminal through GSAP and GIB.
