- Developed and implemented Process Safety Information (PSI) database for Peninsular Malaysia Assets operating fields PM323 (East Belumut, West Belumut & Chermingat) and PM329 East Piatu.- Liaised with multi-discipline engineers to collate information required as part of the PSI database development.- Performed daily operation and production report for PM323 & PM329 and submit to Malaysia Petroleum Management on daily basis.- Assisted in HAZOP & RLMU project for PM323 & PM329 platforms on new As-Built drawings.- Reviewed vendor as-built drawings and other deliverables such as P&ID, PFD, CEM, ISOs to ensure they comply with markup drawings and standards. Involved in weekly meetings with TUAH Consultant and give feedback on TUAH’s paperwork.- Performed 1000 psig to 0 psig depressurization duration of 15km pipeline from East Piatu platform to Larut-A platform using Rasouli & Williams source-term model by referring design basis, process line list, P&ID.- Reviewed detailed Cause & Effect Matrix on process upsets for PM323 & PM329 and discussed further on upstream and downstream process deviations with Senior Process Engineer.- Perform identification findings for PM329 Redline Mark Up Site Visit 2024 by TUAH.- Assisted to close out PM323 & PM329 HSEMS audit findings.- Assisted to manage PM323 & PM329 As Built & HAZOP actions close out.

MINI TURNAROUND & MAJOR TURNAROUND (TA2024) PLANT SHUTDOWN PROJECTAttached to PETRONAS Chemicals Polyethylene Sdn. Bhd.- Developed Energy Isolation (EIS) tracking database for hot work defect and isolation list (blinding & LOTO) for Major Turnaround preparation.- Developed ventilation plan and rescue plan for CSE (confined space entry) equipment involved in Major Turnaround 2024 referring GA drawings and P&IDs.

Attached to PETRONAS Chemicals Polyethylene Sdn. Bhd.- Assisted on ethylene drier vessel incident during catalyst replacement activity. Perform RCA (Root CauseAnalysis), SOE (Sequence of Event) and FTA (Fault Tree Analysis). Conduct inspection and identify root causes.- Performed multiple RCA reports on all relief valve popped and rupture disc burst in polyethylene plant.- Performed PASR Start-Up Injection & Polymer Reactor and PASR Start-Up Degassing System.

Attached to PETRONAS Chemicals Low-Density Polyethylene & Ammonia Sdn. Bhd. (PCLA)- Established & executed dispersion modelling process simulation project on leak ethylene gas minor LOPC using Aloha & Marplot Software to determine worst-case chemical release. Assist further LOPC calculation.- Developed Process Safety Information (PSI) repository & tracking database. PSI documents such as CRM, HAZOP, MSDS, PRDA and ALARP were centrally located to ease access.- Developed PSM Action Item Database. PSM documents such as LDAR, QRA, minor & major LOPC, minor & major Fire and MSR were centrally located.- Assisted HAZOP Revalidation using HSSE Integrated Risk Assessment (HIRA) system on PCASB units. Exchange ideas on deviations, causes, consequences, risk ranking and recommendations on specific nodes.- Assisted Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) 7-days gas leak inspection in PCLA to perform visual inspection using fugitive emission detection camera, gas detectors and photos taking of valves, flanges and valves that had gas leakage. Prepared safety toolbox, JHA worksheet and Permit To Work (PTW) before conducting the activity.- Assisted PASR PCLDPE Start-Up Propylene Unloading Facility. Conducted PASR Line-Walk and investigate findings in PASR checklist during plant start-up activity.- Assisted in 2-day As Low as Reasonably Practicable (ALARP) Workshop through LOPA (Layers of Protection Analysis) and Bow-Tie technique for PCLDPE units. Review P&ID’s, identify barriers and risk evaluating.
