• Communication Strategy and Planning: Created Digital Strategy for STC Consumer Unit for the next 12 months with an ongoing refresh and review.
• Digital Media Campaign Development: End-to-End campaign management, from receiving the brief till closing the campaign with a full report, that include dealing with external partners like creative and media agencies.
• Social Media and Portal Management: Full responsibility about the website and social media content related to Consumer Products (Almost 80% of STC online content) along with growth strategy and engagement driven.
• Financial Planning: Managing a multi-million SAR budget and performance-based strategy across digital and social channels with internal and external partners.
• People Management Responsibilities: managing a team of 12 + 3 external agencies, running on the same 3 values: Empower + Coach + Delegate, Assess team performance regularly based on pre-defined SMART KPIs and spreading.

• Set a social media Strategy for STC to maintain leadership and innovation and manage crises.
• Breakdown the strategy into a Plan with clear milestones and S.M.A.R.T goals including creating new content streams, analyze content mix, prepare content calendar and ongoing digital activations.
• Oversee the Execution phase including day to day operation and management.
• Build a Measurement layer to capture all needed data and assess ROI objectively.
• Provide a Reporting channels to all stakeholders based on the business needs.
