Core Roles and Responsibilities: ● Communication Strategy and Planning: Created Digital Strategy for STC Consumer Unit for the next 12 months with an ongoing refresh and review. ● Digital Media Campaign Development: End-to-End campaign management, from receiving the brief till closing the campaign with a full report, that include dealing with external partners like creative and media agencies, productions houses, influencers, Global partners like Google/Facebook/Twitter and Snapchat. Alignment with internal stakeholders like: Products’ managers, Customer Experience, eCare, Corporate Communication, IT and Regulatory. ● Social Media and Portal Management: Full responsibility about the website and social media content related to Consumer Products (Almost 80% of STC online content) along with growth strategy and engagement driven operation. ● Financial Planning: Managing a multi-million SAR budget and performance-based strategy across digital and social channels with internal and external partners. ● People Management Responsibilities: managing a team of 12 + 3 external agencies, running on the same 3 values: Empower + Coach + Delegate, Assess team performance regularly based on pre-defined SMART KPIs and spreading this culture across other departments. Side Activities: ● Building custom apps/tools to achieve specific objectives, for example: Twitter Reported Accounts Validation + YouTube Media Notifier. ● Process Engineering: to support Agility, evaluate current policies and processes with all stakeholders, revise them when needed and create new ones if necessary based on the business flow. ● Consultation: crafting a digital and PR strategy for some of top STC executives, along with an execution plan including a full visibility on whats happening around their levels using cutting edge technologies.

Core Roles and Responsibilities: ● Set a social media Strategy for STC to maintain leadership and innovation and manage crises. ● Breakdown the strategy into a Plan with clear milestones and S.M.A.R.T goals including creating new content streams, analyze content mix, prepare content calendar and ongoing digital activations. ● Oversee the Execution phase including day to day operation and management. ● Build a Measurement layer to capture all needed data and assess ROI objectively. ● Provide a Reporting channels to all stakeholders based on the business needs. ● Managing a team of 8 with 3 values: Empower + Coach + Delegate, Assess team performance regularly based on pre-defined SMART KPIs.Side Activities: ● Building custom apps/tools to achieve specific objectives, for example: Social Graph Growth Prediction + Twitter Trending Alerts. ● Process Engineering: evaluate current policies and processes with all stakeholders, revise them when needed and create new ones if necessary based on the business flow. ● Ad-hoc consultation for some STC executives about Digital Personal Branding and how to build on using humans to support the brand.
