Work with team if anything required.-Manage the creation and revision of all the production reports and designs for YL reps and direct clients.-Managing any co-operation programs of the company and liaison with other partnering companies to ensure profitability and ensure the maximum performance being put into it.-Managing all the marketing aspects routed from YellowLite management to be worked on with in-house marketing resources and the outsourced teams.-Managing all the website chat and social networks chat portals and updates and any leads incomings through the same.-Managing company presence on all the internet. Updating any info and pictures needed.-Managing all the proposal softwares updates, pricing, utility information and changes and any inventory updates.-Managing sales and change orders on all the company reports and within the CRMs.-Overseeing the management of a team of engineers and ensuring their needs are met. This includes fostering team cohesion, resolving conflicts, providing motivational support and recognition for achievements.-Managing ZOHO Suite for the company. Includes and not limited to the modules for CRM, Projects, People, Social, Analytics, Desk, etc.-Liason between frontend office (Cleveland, US) and backend office (Hyderabad, PK) for any queries.

-Sending Solar Quotes to leads on EnergySage.-Handle website chat for any sales/service related queries and escalating them with the concerned departments.-Communicate with the Sales Representatives and know their queries and get back with the best possible solution/s.-Updating quotes, as per the customer's needs and/or assigned dedicated consultant demands.-Creating/Transferring New Leads daily within CRMs.-Following up with leads that recieved our initial quote through Energysage weekly.-Assigning the potential leads to Sales representatives.-Updating Consultant Scorecard of Sales representatives.-Creating 2D designs on Solargraf/HelioScope for EnergySage leads.-Creating 3D Designs for Potential Leads/Deals on Aurora Solar.-Creating Shade Reports on Aurora Solar.-Extracting reports from Zoho for the Marketing Team.-Extracting on-demand reports for updating Google Sheets.-Updating Zoho Activity Report when needed.-Search and publish articles/blogs on Social Media platforms to keep the company portfolio active.-Update Customer contacts sheet for the Marketing team to send Promotion Emails to potential leads.
