I have widespread experience with public relations and working in a sports product-service environment. In my 18 years as a competitive swimmer, I have adopted a strong leadership background and acute understanding of an athlete’s performance lifestyle. My responsibilities also extend to my role as a mental health speaker and mentor for youth in sport, where I continue to develop interpersonal skills, adaptability, and a resilient work ethic. Throughout my studies towards a Master of Kinesiology, I not only can appreciate the initiative toward active health behaviours, but also understand the importance of a supportive atmosphere for achieving this lifestyle. I believe wellness is not just a goal, but it is a process that needs to be fostered and maintained. If there is anything I aspire to be, it is a leader. I hope to be known for helping others excel in their passions and guide them to fulfill their potential.
