Serve as Air Defense Coordination Officer assigned to the Army Air Defense Element (AADE) operating at the Continental United StatesNORAD Region (CONR) located at Tyndall Air Force Base in support of Operation Noble Eagle and the National Capitol Region-Integrated Air Defense System (NCR-IADS). Responsible for coordinating Army Air Defense Assets activities between the Joint Air Defense Operations Center (JADOC) and 1st AF/CONR in support of homeland defense for the National Capitol Region. Provide the CONR CCO with the equipment status of the Army ADA weapon systems and situational awareness of any possible air threat in the National Capitol Region.Establish and maintain backup channels of communications between the CONR Air Operations Center (AOC) and the JADOC. Provide CONR CCO with JADOC track correlation state, changes in the States of Alert (SOA), and other real time data on Tracks ofInterest within the NCR.
