Leading the TAM team (three members) in service department to deliver after-sales services for key accounts and customers, promote Premier Support Service (PRS) to customers and partners and manage different kinds of service projects.

To deliver a variety kinds of service projects around the company’s products and solutions, maintain a good working relationship with external partners such as content providers (SONY, Universal), set-top box vendors (Skyworth, Huawei), chipset vendors (Hisilicon, Amlogic) and online video platforms (OCN, iQiyi, Migu).

Worked in the CTO office and was responsible for technology management. The key tasks included managing the company’s projects (applications / systems development), providing technical advice on platform development or solution selection through self-research, organizing projects bidding then selecting qualified participants, and coordinating with vendors, CableLabs, SARFT, etc.

I was working in the Beijing office mainly responsible for BGCTV’s project requirements. I had about 4-5 developers in my team to develop TV applications and support systems. My tasks were to correctly define business requirements through meetings or discussions with customer interfaces, provide technical solution and project plan, then organize resources to accomplish the application development work until the project passed UAT. The applications would be finally released on BGCTV’s media platform.

Taught NZ adults about computer technologies, which included business applications such as Microsoft Office, Windows, website design, etc. The courses were level 4-5, which means the knowledge students learned from the university was easy to apply in a working environment and would help them increase competition strength.
