Main responsibility:- Managing and supervising all aspects of the service operation to meet the growth and profitability objectives;- Planning , monitoring and reviewing the actions and their results of Key Performance Areas (Safety, People, Customer, Growth and Profitability)- Sales management and marketing activities including roll out and sales of new service products;- Lead the implementation of the global service sales and project management tools, processes and training programs in China;

Main responsibility:- Manage and develop Konecranes service operation within East China area according to our 5 KPA approach (safety, customer, people, growth and profitability); - Implement China service strategy and goals in east district to reach business target; - Support BU head to rollout global system and tools in China;

Develop and manage Konecranes service business in east China area, mainly growing the service business by selling service contracts and other service products, then manage the delivery of all the sold work;

Main responsibility including site supervision and commissioning of port cranes and shipyard cranes, providing technical support to sales team and after-sales service in China;

Main responsibility includes commissioning of electric overhead cranes, site supervision as well as after sales service;
