Organized management meetings to discuss annual cash flow budgets; supervised three subsidiaries’ cash positions and arranging for fund allocation to meet business requirement.Supervised group companies’ monthly repayment schedule, cash flow forecast, sales collection report, project expenditure report, etc; Prepared monthly cash flow forecasts to managements.Project lead for the company wide ERP treasury system, involving the process design and system construction of various modules, including banking facilities, inter-company borrowing, budgeting, cash management, cost analysis, etc. Successfully completed multiple inter-company lending deals, providing funding support to group companies totaling RMB 2.18billion in 2020; completed external borrowing totaling 2billion in 2020.

 Wrote deal reports on subject companies- mid-sized real estate developers, including cash flow projects and breakeven analysis. Conducted in-depth analysis on subject company’s feasibility study, and completed the formulation of financing plans. Responsible for the design and marketing of asset securitization products, docking with several securities firms and banks to get the buy-in of “Last-Payment Housing Purchase ABS projects”.• Participated in Nanguo Commercial Real Estate Project (deal size: RMB 1bil). Designed the non-standard trust financing scheme, participated in business negotiation on pricing, drafted reports and feasibility study and finally obtained loan drawdown from Mingsheng Bank. The deal generated FA income of RMB 2mil to the company. • Conducted in-house training on various themes to both department and company staff, including but not limited to asset back securities, non-standard financing structures, etc.

Negotiated with clients on banking facilities structure and pricing, and successfully marketed total commercial loans of approximately USD 280 million in FY2014, which represented about 46% of department’s annual loan asset booking. The total interest and fee income from the loan booked contributed to 53% of the Branch’s net profit. Managed the end-to-end credit approval process for clients by initiating meetings with internal stakeholders across functional units and often had resulted in formulation of policy to support the launch of new bank products.

Assessed corporate credits in the SEA region of around USD 600 million (top 10% of the team) and with no default. Handled 60 accounts per year, with deals originated from China 40%, Southeast Asia 30% and Singapore 30%.Led a team in a process improvement initiative, with collaboration of various department and successfully implemented the enhanced process workflow which met the credit risk requirement of the Branch.Conducted overseas due diligence trips to Qingdao and Dalian cities, China independently.

Managed various management directed projects to streamline operations, achieve cost reduction/enhance workflow efficiency.Performed DSCR/ICR analysis, Cash flow projections, and Break-even analysis for SME customers ranging across General Trading, Food Manufacturing and Property Development industries. Led a team in financial statement analysis, financial spreading and drafting credit proposals. Promoted to Senior Credit Analyst in June 2011.
