Leads the creation of site EHS targets and objectives in support of site manager to drive EHS culture, compliance, and results.• Drive the maintenance crew (consisting of QUANT, customer and contractor employees) to work safely to ensure that safety risks are managed and controlled to achieve “Contract HSE KPIs” targets.• Manages completion of site risk assessments to identify and prioritize EHS aspects and hazards.• Identifies tangible EHS goals for site management team, maintenance managers and front-line leaders to support achievement of the site EHS targets and objectives.• Leads the deployment of EHS activities and facilitates the team engagement in ownership of the activities required to maintain compliance and drive continuous improvement.

Job Responsibilities:• Immediately report all incidents to the I&C Sr. HSE Coordinator and I&C Manager by phone and follow-up with written report by e-mail.• Follow up all incidents to their conclusion, continuously providing updated information to I&C Sr. HSE Coordinator and I&C Manager.• Possess very good skills in English, oral as well as written (to include reading and writing) in order to ensure there are no language problems in communicating with foreign colleagues.• Administer HSE programs and conduct training to cultivate Health Safety and Environmental awareness.• Identify/Document HSE trainings/plans for employees when necessary according to their positions, responsibilities, significant aspects, regulations and other requirements. • Provide site HSE support at one or several I&C project in one shipyard. Includes task such as (but not limited to).o Liaise between I&C managers, I&C team members, and rig building yard and/or customer.o Perform site safety inspections/audits.o Provide verbal feedback to I&C Site and Sr. HSE Coordinator at completion of each site survey/visit in regards to issues, concerns and any other pertinent information.o Provide verbal and written report to I&C Site and Sr. HSE Coordinator at completion of each site survey/visit in regards to issues, concerns and any other pertinent information.o Assist I&C Manager with incident investigation and root cause analysis. Review and ensure that corrective actions are implemented.o Advise site team on HSE matters, with regards to local legislation, rig building yard and NOV regulations.o Other duties as directed by I&C Manager.
