Angela is a Tai Chi and Health Qigong instructor based in the United Kingdom, also teaching online to students worldwide including USA, Brazil, Europe and Dubai.In 2007 Angela discovered Tai Chi and Qigong, a cornerstone to overcoming a chronic health condition, and has ever since continued to practise for good physical wellbeing and mental health.Angela started her career at Rolls-Royce in Engineering, Programme and Operations Management in the aerospace industry. 19 years later she moved her emphasis to Management in the voluntary sector, working to support people with sight loss and helping them to regain their independence and live life to the full.In 2019 Angela qualified as a Health Qigong instructor with the British Health Qigong Association to share the health benefits of Qigong with her students, bringing them tranquility, improved energy and balance to their lives. Two years later she qualified as a Tai Chi instructor with the Deyin Taijiquan Institute, and now offers both Tai Chi and Qigong to beginners and improvers at weekly classes, workshop-style demonstrations, and corporate wellbeing events.Angela achieved success at both the 2018 and 2022 European Health Qigong Games, winning gold, silver and bronze medals, and is looking forward to competing for Britain again at the World Championships.

I have also successfully passed my Duan Level 3 Grading, awarded by the International Health Qigong Federation, to ensure a high standard of training. Additionally I have won gold, silver and bronze medals in individual and team competitions at the 2022 & 2018 European Health Qigong Games.
