- Designed a sustainable website based on the course roadmap and collected all the materials (texts, videos, photos) from the lab’s Google Drive, YouTube Channel, and online resources, which helped the local middle-school teachers to understand our greenhouse project and teach for the camp and let students be able to follow the teacher and learn by themselves- Helped our Lab Manager complete the logistics tasks, such as laser-cutting our greenhouse kits, wiring up different sensors, 3D printing sensor holders, and counting everything we may need, to make sure the logistical success of the camp - Coded 3 programs in MakeCode with LED strip / posture sensor /proximity sensor to create interactive activities for visitors so that they could stop in front of our exhibition table with interest and explore our projects in the ACCelerate Festival- Collected the research data by recording the class, taking observation notes, and doing pre & post interviews with students and teachers and uploaded the recordings and notes to the lab’s Google Drive with coded names, which contributed to the future data analysis and paper writing

- Held weekly office hours to answer students’ questions about Computer Science fundamentals, block-based coding, Python fundamentals, and basic algorithms by splitting the steps and drawing the process out, so that students could understand why / how and do well in homework and exams- Graded 70 students’ weekly homework with another TA, commented on why I took points off and what could be a right answer, encouraged students with positive feedback- Collaborated with another TA to create some in-class activities and homework exercise by doing research to find good and classical problems, reflecting on how we first learned Computer Science, and making changes to fit in our class- Attended every lecture to provide instant help and feedback for in-class exercises from which I built good relationships with students and prepared my office hours with materials that are hard for them to understand - Scheduled one-on-one meetings with some students to do think-aloud interviews of solving CS problems in the beginning and end of the semester, from which we tracked what students have learned from this newly-developed course and tested our introductory Computer Science assessment inventory as data collection

- Analyzed and visualized the dashboard of the Late Lifecycle Engineering Team to present forecasting of the best time to adopt a new product and move engineers among products, which helped my manager take control of the product timeline and employment- Improved the efficiency of the Late Lifecycle Engineering Training Program by drafting survey questions, collecting data from employees, organizing data in Excel, analyzing data, and presenting the findings with the visualized charts and action steps
