• Monitor calls to assess agent demeanour and professionalism, and provide actionable insights.
• Capture data and records to ensure agents are performing according to company’s policies and standard
• Provide support and insight for the sales floor and provide agent aiding for agents in need of such.
• Brief agents of any changes that might have taken place within the campaign and also listen and try to resolve any queries that they might have.
• Call back customers to follow up on any upgrades that had been done on their accont(s) and find out if they’re pleased with what they received. If not, try and resolve any query they might have.
• Assist in investigations, which comes when a customer is not satisfied with what they received or feel like they were misled by the sales agent. My duty is to listen to the call recording and look at the customer’s.

· Perform beauty treatments to a high standard (massages, waxing, mani/pedi, etc) · Ensure that work area is clean and equipment is sanitised. · Promote the sale of beauty products in conjunction with beauty treatments. · Take responsibility of stock control.

Inform patients at the clinic about health-related issues and answer any questions they might have. · Tour schools around the community speaking to students, mainly grade 9-12 regarding health-related issues, making them aware of all the services that they can get at the clinic. · Ensure that my file with patient records and student records is up to date.
