This included interrogating the current ways of working to identify best practices, areas of development and key opportunities to introduce technology to support more effective service delivery- Worked as part of a team on the transformation of a global law firm's support functions to address remaining opportunities from the firm’s recent merger, transform their operating model in alignment with their strategic intent to expand internationally and become more cost effective across 9 support functions- Advised on the transformation of a global law firm's Risk & Compliance function to enable more strategic client targeting and sector penetration, reduce Partner effort, simplify and standardise processes, and enable an auditable risk management framework- Assisted a global thread manufacturer in reviewing options to deliver fundamental changes in ways of working through different structures, process delivery models and improved use of technology which led to multi-million pound operational cost savings- Developed alternative operating model options to help a leading web analytics company restructure its support functions to provide the modularity for private equity buyouts as a delivery approach for the group's portfolio strategy
