As an Quality Assurance Inspector, I am in charge of keeping products up to standard according to what our clients needs. We check for defects in our products to ensure that our clients are getting the very best out of us. In the lab, we measure our bottles in terms of height, width, torque, length, threads on the bottle; we do drop tests, and many other tests to make sure that our bottles match the client's standard. Beyond the bottle, we make sure that the bottles lines are producing the correct bottles, as well as the right supplies, such as boxes. We do 4 rounds of bottle checks and create shipping and packaging labels for each of our lines.

As an Utility inspector, my job is to ensure that the bottles are packed, taped, wrapped, scanned, labeled and sent down to be put into the warehouse so it can be later shipped out. I ensure that bottles are packed correctly into boxes or pallets according to the customer's order and make sure that the correct labels are on each package.

At Alpha Packing as an inspector packer, I am responsible for assigned production line to ensure that product is packaged in accordance with established quality and product standards. On the production line, I am to inspect, pack, count and/or trim product automatically or manually in accordance with established production standards. Being able to pay attention to small details is a must with this position. After packing, I seal and label each of the containers properly, then move the completed packages for loading either onto a pallet or to a staging area for shipping.
