Hi there! 👋 I'm passionate about creating meaningful connections and making sure people feel heard, whether that's through customer support or community engagement. With a background in customer experience and a love for problem-solving, I've been able to work with awesome teams and brands to improve how we support and interact with users.Currently, I’m diving into CX at Flipp, where I collaborate with different teams to help shape how we deliver top-notch customer service and support. I’m all about learning, adapting, and growing—whether that’s staying on top of new trends or figuring out creative ways to improve processes.Outside of work, I’m all about exploring new places and cultures. I spent two incredible years living on Mexico's west coast, and that experience really opened my eyes to the beauty of travel and adventure. Another big passion of mine? Herbalism. I find it fascinating how nature offers us so many ways to heal and nourish ourselves and it’s something that really keeps me grounded.
