 Act as escalation point to senior Operations managers for issue resolution, lead a team with 11 team members. Prepare the annual team work programme and cost saving for submission to the Senior management. This includes developing the list of priority business units, preparing the headcount costs requirements (FTE), definition of OKR (Objective and Key result), monitoring the implementation of the work programme. Control the Operation risk and no risk event happened on resent 5 years by human error. Development of new Operation opportunities cross the bank entities to match Front to back needs and make sure process to under regulation control requirements. Maintaining relationships with IPAs and ICSDs through initiatives. Engage with international business networks.  Support new business initiatives, marketing events roll-out and implementation  Drive project and process adherence including adoption of operation platform, e.g., new business designs, architecture transformation and process automation, etc. More than 15 Projects experience.
