I was responsible for ensuring the successful openings of franchises all across the United States. As the primary point of contact for franchise owners and managers, I worked both remotely and onsite, helping to solve a wide range of problems as they arose. I oversaw the openings of 24 locations during my time in this role. My primary jobs were to travel to new locations for pre-opening staff training, assist owners in securing necessary operating permits, identify and engage regional vendors and product suppliers, and remain onsite through the first several days of business to ensure smooth operation before heading home. Once the stores were open and running, I acted as a corporate liaison for franchisees within my territory and visited once or twice per year for checkups or to help implement new procedures. Additionally, during my time in this role I assisted in developing the company's training curriculum.
