Managed daily all of Travel documents for Soldiers to ensure the success to proceed to their next duty station. Conduct briefings, assist transitioning service members. Monitor and work alongside contractors to provide transition services to customers. Contacting global government entities, concerning authorization for the soldiers and their dependents for approve to travel. Preparing and issuing the orders for the approved entry into another country. Assisting, directing, and finding solutions for soldiers and their dependents on immigration issues. Tracking and gathering new assignments report and information in EDAS, generated by HRC, for Permanent Party Soldiers; generating required medical and personnel forms; scheduling appointments for, and conducting individual Soldier’s levy briefs for upcoming assignments; preparing PCS orders for Soldiers for Stateside and Overseas reassignments, ensuring S1s get copies, and uploading PCS orders into iPerms. Producing SDAP, Demo Pay, SQI, and ASI orders, as requested, and ensuring they are uploaded into iPerms. Also, act as a liaison between the Service Member with the Army Headquarters in Ft Knox KY. Conduct training for military staff and personnel. Performs as an HR specialist within military HR work centers which involves all areas required for processing a soldier’s request. Research records, policy, directives, regulations and/or other military historical documents to verify accuracy of records or determine benefits eligibility. Create and maintain soldiers’ charts. Collects workload and performance information using quality control metrics. Monitors customer satisfaction levels obtained via the Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) System.
