Glass Egg Digital Media is an art production facility and a game developer/publisher with more than 20 years of experience in the games industry. My primary responsibilities as a Project Manager here include managing a project across multiple game team disciplines as well as communicate with client to create an AAA game, including but not limited to:- Manage multiple projects from end-to-end and achieve the project scheduled goals- Communicate tightly and effectively with international clients regarding projects's schedule, Q&A, quotations, etc.- Work with Artists, Art Managers and Technical Managers to create milestones schedule- Create, manage and execute project plan and maintain the project schedule, ensure teams are on track with their deliverables.- Work on various stages of projects to ensure milestones are delivered on time and to the highest possible quality.- Keep the team aware of milestones deliverables and goals through all phases of development.- Identify risks in advance and drive the team towards successful resolution
