👋 Hello! I'm Crystal - an analytical and adaptable Senior UX Designer with 5 years of consulting experience. I am passionate about creating intuitive user experiences that solve users’ problems and enable businesses to achieve their goals. 📙 I have been interested in design from a young age. My passion for design manifested in many ways throughout my life – whether it was leading the design for my High School yearbook, designing flyers for young entrepreneurs, or designing a website for a local Non-Profit. 💼 I started my career as a technology risk consultant at EY. During this time, I gained valuable skills in analyzing processes, balancing stakeholder motivations, and managing project timelines. Although I was content with my job, I realized that I lacked a passion for what I was doing. After a bit of soul searching, a UX Bootcamp with Career Foundry, and some networking, I transitioned to becoming a senior UX designer at EY. 🎨 As a designer, I help clients design experiences for customer facing websites and mobile apps. I have worked on omni-channel and strategic design projects. I love the problem-solving, collaborative, and ever evolving aspects of designing.
