Successfully completed a Level 6 Diploma in Career Guidance and Development, which reinforced my genuine passion for careers education and the opportunities it brings for young people. Having worked in the education industry and served in the Royal Air Force, these experiences have given me insight into how to motivate others, achieve potential and remove barriers to learning. My current role has enabled me to grow a network of employers, Further and Higher Education providers and apprenticeship contacts.
