The most effective way for me to understand data as a data analyst is to examine it in relation to the world around us. Since working in Human Resources and career counseling for the past decade, data science and analytics have become increasingly important to me. My Associate of Science in Data Analytics has allowed me to transition from human resources into data analytics full time. I have also discovered a new interest in data analytics in the healthcare sector. As someone with a passion for people, data, and healthcare, I'm committed to improving access to quality healthcare and reducing health disparities.
