Project: Banha Mansoura Road Axis consist of 7 Bridges(Mit ghamr – Al Safourya – kafr-Asharaqwah - Mit Nagy - Al Maasarah – Sahrajt -Mit El Ezz) Responsibilities: • Coordinate with the design engineering group for constructability and design issues.• Establish a design/field engineering working relationship and lines of communication with the Project Engineer, including agreement on engineering deliverables and overall construction application configuration management.• Direct the design of temporary construction facilities as required.• Determine timing for as built or redlines to design engineering based on contract, client and/or design requirements.• Review Material Receiving Reports (MRRs) and warehousing to assure delivery of correct materials.• Ensure Engineering Inspection Reports (EIRs) are being done for equipment and materials received.• Develop and manage the construction quality program.• Undertake training needs analysis and develop Field Engineering Training Plan for the project.• Supervise operations and compliance of the field document control department.• Work with project engineers to ensure Standard Wok Process Procedure (SWPP) Compliance, critical lift review and rigger competence.• Direct preparation of Construction Release Packages (CRPs) / Turnover Packages (TOPs) for submittal to pre-ops

Project: The 30 June AxisResponsibilities: • Study and review the project’s contract and attached documents• Preparing Project Quality Plan in coordination with QA/QC manager to approve from the consultant• Preparing monthly target according to the time schedule and compare it monthly to the actual achievement and report the deviation, if any ,and the corrective action • Daily following up to the work place and ensure the adherence with the time schedule, contract and specifications• Following –up daily reports of labor headcount , sub-contractors and equipment performance
