Current1. Production Management - Oversee production activities in the Converting & Finishing Department. - Ensure smooth operations of converting machines, sheet cutters, and packing machines. - Maintain equipment health through correct and safe operations in coordination with engineering and safety departments. 2. Team and Training Supervision - Handle manpower for up to +130 employees, build effective teams, and supervise training. - Provide training to employees to enhance troubleshooting skills. - Awarded Best Employee of the Year for exceptional performance. 3. Operational Efficiency - Utilize MES, SAP, and ERP systems for efficient production and operations management. - Implement and monitor safe operating procedures. - Manage inventory control, security, and administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies. 4. Quality and Maintenance - Ensure the production of high-quality products to meet customer needs. - Follow principles of good housekeeping and maintain high standards of cleanliness and order. - Schedule and follow up on preventive maintenance to ensure equipment longevity and efficiency. - Proficiency in Operational and Troubleshooting a variety of machines, including different sizes of pocket sheeters (6, 8, and 10 pockets), wrappers, Cash Packers & folio sheeters (FSW, MSK, IRS, ASRS, and Gold Pack Palletizer ).5. Health and Safety - Oversee the health and safety of employees, ensuring a safe working environment. - Implement and adhere to ISO standards for quality and safety compliance.
