I am Dr.R.MOHAN KUMAR currently working as the Professor in the School of Management and Commerce of Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous),Banglore. I have 30 Years of experience in Teaching, 20 Years in Training and 15 years in Institutional Administration. I have the following strong credentials in my Profile as an MBA Professor.I have organised more than 50 Workshops, Seminars, Conferences, and such other events in the institutions where I was working. As a Ph.D Guide I have guided 15 Ph.D scholars till now. I am a DC Member and an Examiner for the Ph.D Programmes of various Universities. I have experience as the Chairman of the MBA Examination Board of Anna University. I have experience as the member of the MBA Pre Exam Board and PASS Board of Anna University. I am also a Psychologist, Corporate Trainer and a Motivational Speaker visiting Institutions, Corporate, NGOs and Government Departments to train employees, executives, Volunteers and students.I am a Certified NLP, TA, Hynotherapy and Psychological and Career Counselling Expert.I am a Gold Medalist in M.Phil and achieved the Best NSS Programme Officer Award from the University of Kerala.
