Currently, I lead the IVD (Invitro Diagnostics) Business for Genworks Health, I have been handling this portfolio from April 2019 from ground zero. In the last 4 years plus, I have handled additional roles at Genworks including being GEO CEO for the Western Region and also Diagnostic Imaging business for sometime. However, IVD Business leadership has been always my core job here at Genworks. We have progressed well in IVD the last 4 years plus, against all odds and I can proudly say, that it has been a fulfilling experience at Genworks till now for me.

Was the Head of Customer Service & Support at Philips Health Systems, Indian Subcontinent. This move to lead Customer Service after 23 years of Sales and Sales leadership Experience was a welcome change. Was heading the largest team within Philips Health Systems (more than 40% of the total employees) with P&L ownership, Customer Experience ownership. Had an amazing team and we grew fastest not only on the Business front (doubled the revenues in these 4 years and improved the Profitability from x% to x+10%) but also on the Customer front with all time high NPS scores.

23 years in Sales and Sales Leadership. Recognized as the Chief Architect of the India growth story at Philips Health systems between 2010-2014. Customer Relationships are built out of personal credibility. Keeping up my commitments has built unflinching faith in me for my customers. My career progressesd quite fast as follows : 1) Joined in 1998 as Area Manager - North for Ultrasound, became Regional Manager in 2000, went on to Head Andhra for entire Philips Healthcare in 2006, moved to Chennai in 2009 as General Manager - South & SriLanka till 2011, became Head of South & North from 2012-2014, and Sales Director - Healthcare India in 2014.2) Winner of many Sales Awards for top performance and Sales leadership. 3) In my Andhra stint between 2006-2008, transformed and grew the Business thrice and ever since, Philips has never let down its leadership position in Telengana and Andhra till today. 4) In my Chennai stint, as the Head of South, set up a high potential team, and grew the business 4 times in 5 years. Won awards year after year for best Regional Performance.5) Have been recognized as 'The talent exporter' by my CEO many times in many forums. In Jan 2014, during our Annual Kick off, was solely recognized as a Role Model for Talent Development and was presented the "CEO Leadership award for People Development".6) Have been identified amongst the highest Integrity employees in the company and was awarded the President's Award for role modelling one of the 3 Philips behaviours of 'Teaming upto Excel'.7) Was sponsored fully by Philips for the prestigious PGPMAX (MBA) program at Indian School of Business during 2014-2015. 8) First Leader to have got presented in the Philips India Leadership stories. 9) Was part of the Philips Health Systems Management Team (MT) member from 2014 to 2018.

Start up experience. Joined the Start up as Head of Western Region Sales in Mumbai. Hired and established a team. Introduced and sold the first Ultrasound system in West for the company to reach 10 boxes a month within 10 months from the start.

My early years. 90 to 92, was in the factory and understood the manufacturing set-up. 92-97, was a Sales Officer, travelling extensively in Maharashtra, Gujarat and selling Ultrasound systems. Owe all my sales learnings to Indchem and ATL.
