- At the MEB&TG Institute, we engaged in writing a multidisciplinary and cross-dimensional book on human well-being. We believe that the domains of memory, energy, beauty, trust and grit are all universal cornerstones of human well-being.- Extensive researching on the concept of Memory and well-being.- Finding academic articles on Memory (Autobiographical memory, working memory) and finding links to human well-being.- Done research on the reprint permissions, and book editing.- Reached out to several professors and other professionals who are in the forefront of the study of memory.- Organised a full book chapter with suitable essays and article compilations.

- Participated in frequent field visits in remote rural locations which enhanced communication skills with locals i.e. effective communication with respect to culture and social values of field respondents; familiarisation with cultures and values to make locals feel comfortable and open; avoid risking of culture essentialisation and generalisation.- Helped organise a national level seminar on a research presentation titled “Present Form and Disempowerment Process of Rural Peasants”.- Regular Report Writing enriched writing skills and boosted ability to represent rural groups and their struggles in their true forms in writing.- Writing Project Proposals for Prospective Donors and regularly communicating with them enhanced communication skills with donor organisations from various European and North American countries.- Attended Nijera Kori bi-yearly Council (2018) as a democratically elected representative and successfully represented the Nijera Kori Programs & Report team at the council- Communicated with international donor organisations and Nijera Kori rural groups on a regular basis.- Managed Nijera Kori’s website and social media platforms.

- Organised national level events.- Brainstormed event ideas pertaining to uplifting women empowerment.- Communicated with event participants which includes musicians, dancers, poets, and other experts from the entertainment industry.- Organised progressive and women empowerment related events in particularly conservative rural areas of Bangladesh.- Ensured proper media highlights on the events organised.- Attended, contributed and negotiated at meetings with Donor and Aid Organisations.- Conceived, designed and organised an event called “Resolution 2017” which included a march in front of the Bangladesh parliament advocating for women’s safety in the streets.- Organised various small scale and large scale cultural events to raise awareness on the exploitation of women in the country and how to tackle this problem and raised massive audiences of over 100k in the events.- Organised a public hearing regarding the plight of women migrant workers with leading lawyers, journalists, social activists, business leaders of the country present. Testimonies of the migrant workers and their experiences were documented and released in the form of a short documentary film.- Organised a football match for girls in a remote land in Noakhali in Bangladesh which was an exceptionally conservative society with limited freedom for girls and women in an effort to empower them.
