Bill Adams is the owner of Ryan Austin & Associates LLC, a full-service Consulting Firm specializing in business development within the Education and Municipality markets. From his sales experience with Mattel Toys, Panasonic, JVC (Western Regional Sales Manager), Bill brings a wealth of sales and marketing expertise to any industry he happens to be participating in. Bill was elected in 2006 to a four-year term on the Washington Elementary School District Governing Board and was reelected to the position in 2010, 2014 and again in 2018. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Arizona School Board Association, promoting community volunteer governance of public education and continuous improvement of student success by providing leadership and assistance to public school governing boards.Bill is currently a Life Member of the Blue Blazers Squadron through Fighter Country Foundation, serving the men, woman and families of Luke AFB. Bill is currently Chairman, of the Central Region, Arizona for the Employer Support OF The Guard and Reserve (ESGR). Together with Headquarters ESGR staff and a small cadre of support staff for each State Committee, volunteers work to promote and enhance employer support for military service in the Guard and Reserve.Bill has also served as a member of First Things First, Arizona Early Childhood Development & Health Board, Communications & Government Affairs Advisory Committee. A citizen's initiative that funds quality early childhood development and health.In addition, Bill is a member of WESTMARC (which promotes public policies leading to responsible growth in the West Valley), serving on both their Education and Healthcare Committees.
