Rashi is Founder & Chairwoman of Iron Lady Foundation, a Non Profit dedicated to elevating Children & Women with lack of access to basic necessities in life. Rashi's inspiration for this foundation was her Mom, who went through a similar situation and elevated her entire family with education and hard work. Rashi is an investor, executive and on the board with several institutions. Rashi's goal is to help enable an ecosystem to further foster education, social causes and philanthropy. Rashi is an Executive Coach, that helps Finance & Technology teams to achieve professional excellence through building Trust, Open Communication Framework, Positive Attitude to Challenges, Open Dialogue and Servant Leadership. Rashi brings excellence in these areas through getting to the heart of the problem in an organization with her direct & open approach. Rashi was Co-Founder and Vice President at Rahi Systems. Her expertise is in financial analysis and accounting with strong relationship-building and management skills. Her goals and desire to succeed in a demanding, innovative and entrepreneurial environment with a highly proactive self-starter attitude. Rashi's efforts at Rahi were instrumental in the growth of the business, winning several awards on Diversity & Inclusion and ultimately, the successful acquisition of Rahi with Wesco. On personal note some of her hobbies and special interests include hiking, philanthropy and helping others truly in need.
