In 2023, Financial and Technology Business Leader, Executive Coach and Philanthropist Rashi Mehta founded Iron Lady Foundation, a private non-profit organisation with a clear purpose: to educate, uplift and empower children and women in poverty-stricken areas worldwide. Our work focuses on children and young women in developing countries who struggle to access life's basic necessities. We believe in providing essential resources and educational opportunities that unlock the full potential of women and children, especially girls. Based on the bonds of mother and womanhood, Iron Lady Foundation provides access to healthcare, education and daily basic necessities through our programs of care that are designed to uplift and empower lives for generations. Addressing the needs of our children, women and communities our program capabilities sit in four key areas: Health and Wellbeing Education and Rights Economic Empowerment and Sustainable Community Leadership Development Water, Sanitation and Hygiene Iron Lady Foundation ensures that vulnerable communities have access to fundamental needs and quality education, laying the groundwork for sustainable generational growth and empowerment.
