I'm currently working in the refugee labour mobility space and have a goal to lift people out of displacement and onto secure futures utilising their own skills and talents. The world is in crisis and we need creative solutions to overcome the endless challenges we're facing. The Talent Beyond Boundaries program aims to address both the skills shortage and refugee crisis with an innovative solution - movement is power and empowering refugees to move to their secure future using their skills that are so very much in high demand is the solution we need.
