Hi, I’m Rab, and I help companies improve the health of their employees, providing strategic planning for actionable roadmaps, engaging with all facets of wellbeing from mental health, through to financial wellbeing. In order to make this happen, I keep projects and programs on track by working closely with cross-functional teams, and making sure all collaborators align with agreed values and deadlines. As an accomplished health promotion specialist, I’ve been responsible for the increase in employee engagement year on year in the companies I manage, and provided consistent input, support to management in high speed multi-stakeholder environments, all the while listening to the needs of employees. From experience working with a diverse array of clients in a 1:1 capacity, and working in corporate environments, having empathy for the varying experiences at work, enables me to create meaningful improvements all around me.Some achievements that I feel are worth sharing:*Achieved the maximum scorecard review for Intel program management over the past three years, increasing the % score from 84% prior to 99.8% success (the score card measures program implementation, customer service, KPI alignment)*Responsible for increasing employee engagement with a wellbeing program year on year from 23% in 2019 to 36% in 2022*Presenting to a global employee forum at Optum on 'everyday techniques to build resilience'*Delivering health and wellbeing presentations to a portfolio of corporate clients including FitBit, Davy, NIBRT, and IAA.If you want to chat, feel free to reach out!
