Major Duties and responsibilities:• Conduct engineering surveys and Provide inputs into DPR , Prepare the Bill of Quantities as per the final design drawings and calculate the final quantities for the selected roads and other structures• Assist in the preparation of tender documents and evaluation of tenders and the preparation and finalization of contracts for construction ;• Prepared estimate, standard bid documents and procure the contract through contractors or Users Committees• Supervise contractors on site, ensuring that the works meet the highest standards expected by IDO and in accordance with standard guidelines;• Review the contractor’s work programmes, resource, schedule and project implementation plans and ensure that the contractors/site supervisors comply with their work plans and complete the work within the specified time frame;• Ensure all works, undertaken by the contractor and/or his agent, are of good quality, as per specifications and with approved quality materials;• Assess and evaluate the contractor’s performance and resources;• Provide clear written and verbal instructions to the contractor or contractor’s representative(s) on site, and effectively and quickly resolve any project-related problems or issues causing delay;• Prepare the drafts for contractual correspondence, interpret the contract conditions and specifications, monitor the progress of work, prepare work plans, minutes of meetings, etc.;• Coordinate with different stakeholders, Contractor to complete project in time.• Major works supervised during this period were Earthworks, Construction of Gabion walls, Masonry wall, Plum Concrete Works, Gravel works, Rigid pavement, Base course, and DBST works.

Major Duties and responsibilities:• Facilitate onsite technical support to under construction, retrofitting and non-compliance for build back better houses.• Monitor Awas Nirman Sathi , Community Facilator and sub Er. and support in enhancing their capacity as required.• Quality control in a cluster.• Coordinate with NRA engineer for smooth running of the project.• Provide necessary training to mason, sub engineer, contractor and house owners.• Documentation and report writing work.• Prepare monthly planning and monthly technical report.• Planning, costing and resource mapping for not constructed and halted houses.• Coordinate with different stakeholders for completion of reconstruction of houses.

Major Duties and responsibilities:• Monitoring and Supervision of Construction works.• Survey before construction.• Preparation of working drawings.• Monitoring of civil engineering works.• Control line and Level of the Structure.• Maintain quality of work.• Prepare daily progress report.• Prepare Bill of the Sub Contractors.• Coordinate with local bodies to complete the work on time.
