I was employed as a contract Project Manager to assist in the establishment of the Next Step Service. This involved delivering both new technology and business change to improve the two previously stand alone services - the Careers Advice Service and Next Step. My role was to provide project management for specific workstreams within the overall Next Step Programme. In addition I worked within the services and resources team to project manage various discrete IT related projects for its many internal customers.

I was initially employed as Content Manger for the learndrirect Careers Advice Service. This was extended in March 2008 as Project Manager, where by I delivered a number of projects to improve the performance of the learndirect Careers Advice Service website and online tools.

At QAS, I was responsible for all online activity within the UK market. The role was focused around generating sales leads and thus revenue for QAS via the web. In addition to my main online responsibilities I am also responsible for product management of QuickAddress Pro Web and worked as internet champion within wider marketing team projects.

During the 5 years that I was with the organisation I had a number of roles within the marketing function, this was primarily around the businesses strategic and tactical use of the web. In particular I planned, designed and was business lead in the development of MarketDirect – the first pan-European marketing data e-commerce site and winner of best new product, B2B Data & Lists category and product of the show at the International Direct Marketing Fair 2004.
