As a Sales Manager, I'm responsible for leading and managing the Virginia Beach field office. I work directly with sales, recruiting, and support personnel to ensure the acquisition, growth, and retention of long-term customer relationships as well as provide input and guidance into our staffing process, recruitment, and retention activities. The Virginia Beach team is focused in maintaining a strong network of key organizations and associations within the government, financial, communications, healthcare and information technology markets. I help to gather and analyze competitive data, industry trends, and market conditions to communicate and educate our internal teams and external clients. Additional Responsibilities:-Establish and maintain consistent office growth by developing and leading the sales team -Identify and seize growth opportunities by increasing market share in strategically chosen divisions, industries, market segments, and niches -Manage to standards that lead to increased producer productivity, resulting in profitable office growth -Manage the continuous improvement of office systems and processes to return annually forecasted net income -Oversee the customization and implementation of alternative client delivery models -Allocate office resources effectively to realize optimal return on investment -Build a team of growth-oriented and bottom-line focused office personnel -Select employees with talent(s) that align with the core company competencies, goals, and values -Develop and sustain an individually and culturally diverse workforce Manage the performance of all internal employees systematically and effectively
