My role is to deliver innovative teaching and learning to leaders and managers on apprenticeships at levels 2, 3 and 4 including team leading, retail management and business administration. I deliver 12-18 month programs that encourage, support and strengthen the apprentices skills within a set timescale, ensuring they are given individualized and achievable plans so they can thrive and achieve the best result for them. I build and maintain positive relationships with learners, store managers, retail chains and global businesses. I adhere to apprenticeship funding rules and quality assurance in line with company and Ofsted legislation.  Learners supported and motivated by me have gone on to achieve a Distinction at End Point Assessment, demonstrating great knowledge and assessment preparation.
