About Rachael Boyce

A systems-focused thinker, I believe in the power of collaboration to address the intersectional impact of mounting crises including but not limited to housing insecurity, climate change, and energy burden. My professional background has spanned the hospitality and non-profit sectors but each position always centered education, community empowerment, and collective action. A tinkerer at heart, I enjoy diving into problems, assessing system failures, and rebuilding those systems to better serve our collective need.
