Responsible for supporting functions relating to the company’s human resources programs, to include but not limited to: Recruitment/Retention, Policies/Procedures, Compensation, Performance Management, Training and Human Resources Projects.

Administrate and process all employee benefits including health insurance, supplemental insurance, HRA/FSA/DC, retirement plan, family medical leave, short term disability, long term disability, vacation accruals, etc. conduct new hire paperwork process and present employee benefits; manage online employee files and maintain compliance; manage online employee intranet for HR and Benefits and design and upload new documents and information as needed; process all employee evaluations, and payroll changes; assist in work place investigations, writing polices and procedures, employee handbook review, and salary surveys; keep current on all human resource laws.

Process bi-weekly, monthly, and bonus payroll runs; manage online timeclock; implement new procedures and training for online timeclock system, train all new employees on timeclock system, calculate perfect attendance and prepare awards; process all evaluations; process all unemployment claims; keep current on all payroll and human resource laws
