13 years of frontline service in in a Child Protection Team with a special interest of working with families from the African and Ethnic Minorities Backgrounds. I am also a qualified Practice Educator with years of experience of training student Social Workers in Practice Team placements. Currently working as a Team Leader and my role involves managing and supervising a team of Social Work Assistants, Social Workers and Senior Practitioners. I am passionate about developing good practice and developing future leaders in Social Work.
