Main achievements: Roseau Health Centre - Successfully managed Roseau Health Centre, for a two week period, as the single Registered Nurse covering a population of 3000 people during the Covid 19 pandemic.Dominica State Prison - Managed the healthcare of 220 prison inmates, implemented a practice layout in line with aseptic standards and introduced inmate focused health standards in line with United Nations Human Rights Law within 2 months of transfer to the role of Practice Nurse.

Main achievement: Property development of a 3-unit apartment building including sealing and treatment of concrete infrastructure, installation of new kitchen units, fitted wardrobes, bathroom suites, new windows and doors throughout, plumbing, painting and decorating and internal finishings. All work finished within budget and on-time.

Four-month Project Management contract involving construction, telecommunications elements, security network and air-conditioning of new retail outlet. Main achievements: Managed the importation, sorting and merchandising of 7950 products into department and on display within 3 weeks of delivery to the island.

Main achievements: Charge Nurse responsible for a ward of 24 patients, within 2 months of appointment to the role of staff nurse at the women’s surgical ward of the Princess Margaret Hospital.

Responsible for the management and motivation of teams to implement the delivery of bespoke complex IT solutions, encompassing civil excavation, construction of fibre cable networks & microwave radio transmission infrastructure and hardware to deliver products & services, to major corporate customers as well as Cable & Wireless IT & business improvement projects.Achievements:• Experian: UK wide IPVPN WAN with emphasis on security, comprising all network hardware and encrypted routing elements to 67 Experian client sites.• The CarPhone Warehouse: Wide bandwidth 622.08Mbit/s (STM4) fibre network infrastructure & hardware project including the collocation of four customer racks in C&W premises to provide a UK wide Broadband facility. • H3G: Rollout of a capacity migration project utilising existing and new wide bandwidth fibre network. • Orange: Capacity migration project utilising existing and new wide bandwidth network infrastructure to provide interconnect circuits between the Orange and C&W networks.• Credit Suisse: Fibre ring, with speeds ranging from 2Mbit/s to 155Mbit/s, utilising MSPP equipment in sites in the UK, Switzerland, Monaco and Germany. • Centrica: The integration of the voice networks of two of Centrica’s recent acquisitions, Telco Global and Onetel, prior to their re-branding and sale to The Carphone Warehouse. • Alpha Airports: UK wide IPVPN WAN solution to 70 sites, utilising a selection of IPVPN elements to each site.

The National Trust offered themselves as reference customers to both C&W and me for the Project Management of the solution.• ISO 9000: Quality Inspectors reviewed my files and documentation for the National Trust Project and C&W Project Management Group gained ISO9000 status.

The work involved the restraint and handling of animals, hygiene, feeding and first aid, radiography (taking and processing x-rays) and surgical nursing which involved the sterilisation of instruments, the operation and supervision of anaesthetic systems and preparation for surgery.Responsible for taking appointments ensuring the smooth running of surgery times and for the cattery holding a maximum of 8 cats (non-patients).
