Managed the loyalty program for all Sandals and Beaches Resorts in the Caribbean. Trained and supported offices in Canada and the UK as well as sales representatives throughout the US. Trained and supported hotel liaisons and managed the call centre for the program. Worked with Managing Director on all marketing and advertising efforts.

Worked along side the Vice President of Marketing handling all tour operator relationships from contract agreements to ad placements, brochures and trade shows. Served as the key point of contact for all the Jamaica hotels we represented. Directly worked with the President of the company in sponsorship of the Busch Series #26 NASCAR, and coordinated on property exclusive events with multiple NASCAR drivers and their fans. This sponsorship meant ensuring the brand was represented well both on and off the track at every race as well as during the off season.
