As a Field Organizer at the Kentucky Democratic Party, I work with the community to promote the party's vision and values, recruit and train volunteers, and coordinate events and outreach activities. I have a BA in Political Science and Government from Arizona State University, and I am passionate about public service and social justice.I have over four years of experience as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks, where I ran daily shifts, maintained efficient customer service, and fostered healthy team environments. I also have over two years of experience as a Customer Service Sales Associate at Westlake Ace Hardware, where I answered phone calls, assisted customers, and provided knowledgeable service. I have developed strong skills in critical thinking, team building, scheduling, and communication, which I apply to my current role as a Field Organizer.
