• To overall manage the national strategic growth of the business unit, ensuring retention is maintained and growth opportunities are recognised.• To manage the regional and overall budget including spend, revenue and income of the business unit.• To be able to interpret and report on key performance indicators for the TSA Group.• To effectively manage the performance of the regional teams of Senior Co-ordinator and Regional Co-ordinators to ensure targets are achieved.• To create and develop methods of improving/enhancing the customer journey, by working with CSR team, developing competitions, displays, extra equipment, merchandise, in accordance with budget availability.• To identify and develop business with key leisure providers to create more venues.• To support the online marketing strategy including the website and social media campaigns, ensuring systems and records are kept up to date.• To lead on recruitment campaigns for swimming teachers identifying and securing local talent.• To develop current staff internally supporting and growing the team and business successfully.• Day to day management of the regional teams including annual appraisals and recruitment as and when required, in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.• Any other activities associated with the successful development of the Academies• To develop, coach and mentor other members of the team.• To build and develop relationships with 3rd parties and customers to increase awareness, deliver effective public relations, which in turn will support and enhance the future business proposition.• To effective network with key partners to the business, identifying and building successful links in the industry.• To ensure clarity on cost control and budgets is sought, as and when necessary.• If required, to successfully resolve complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction is maintained, where possible.
