Through her efforts, the ICC was able to conduct 24 presentations to a total of 447 students last year. In her second year, I promoted her to Advising Team Lead to help oversee the training and management of 3 Student Advisors. She acts as a trusted day-to-day resource to new student staff to ensure that they are acclimating to their new roles. Rachael is simply a supervisor's dream."
