I process Environmental Clearance Reports to ensure all qualifications are met for customers requesting environmental clearance for a property and that proper guidelines are followed to protect our natural resources, habitats, and species. I collaborate closely with our Planners, Natural Resources Department, and state agencies on much of these matters.Additionally, I assist with hearing-related tasks for customers who submit applications for zoning and future land use changes, variances, and special exceptions. I also support zoning-related tasks, such as permitting, signing off on site plans, and communicating with contractors and customers regarding permitted work within specific zoning designations.
