I managed a team of 3-5 resources where our tasks are highly dynamic as dictated by the defects logged in the bug tracking tool. I decide on which defects will be delivered per day and provide a detailed status report to our manager.Proposed enhancements to the application to German counterparts and worked with them through all the phases of design and development.Worked in maintenance and support responsibilities of the Manila team, where we follow the "follow the sun" concept, to provide a better service to our customers.
