The Sales Analyst leader will report to the VP of Sales/Strategic Accounts. They will be responsible for running scheduled and ad hoc sales reports for the overall team, managing price increases for food service, annual payments for food service contracts, ordering equipment for both FS/retail teams,

• Assisting the sales department with all group inquiries and meetings.• Entering all groups reservations in ONQ. Communicate with respective clients to facilitate their group meetings. • Process all group commissions via fast pay. • Enter all pickups and meetings via salesforce.• Answer all incoming calls and emails.

Answering incoming calls in a timely and professional manner.Knowledgeable of all rates, room types, hotel product and making sure to maximize opportunities for rates.Ensuring all special requests and VIP's are handled precisely and competently.Sends confirmations and responses via fax, mail or e-mail depending on Guests' preference.Checks correspondence on a daily basis before arrival date and ensure all relevant information is acquired and fully documented and filing is up to date.Ensures all standards of personal appearance, grooming and conduct are an example to the team and provides a professional image at all times.Adhere to all IHG standards and procedures

Responsible for the overall education and training of all existing and new added reservations staff to provided exceptional guest service.Maintaining of guest accounts and ensures proper pre arrival activities.Maintaining of past guest accounts and ensures proper communication to encourage repeat business and loyalty.Maintaining of in house guest satisfaction including any necessary problem solving of their existing accounts.Assisted the Director of Revenue with Rate Loading, Building Groups, Revenue Reports & Inventory.Worked closely with the Sales and Front Office Departments.
