Hi, I’m Rachel! I am a professional in the shooting sports industry working as the Program and Membership Services Coordinator at White Birch Armory in Dover, NH. In this role, I am responsible for the management, growth, and retention of memberships. Previously, I have gained experience in the hospitality industry working in a few different roles. I learned event planning and team management skills from my experience at Great Circle Catering. I feel I have a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, with over 5 years of experience. The skills I learned in hospitality have shown transferable to my career in the firearms industry, specifically in a membership coordination role; customer service and satisfaction, event planning, and member engagement, to name a few. Although I only show 2 years experience in the firearms industry, I do feel as though it is the industry I want to thrive in for the foreseeable future.
